Table and pickup requests
When you send a request, we process your name, email, phone number and details of your visit or order to handle your request and contact you. Free-text notes are optional. Please discuss allergies by phone and avoid including sensitive health information in the form.
Email delivery
Forms send your request to the restaurant’s inbox using Resend. After successful submission to the restaurant, your reservation or order is confirmed directly on the website. A confirmation email with the details is also sent to your email address. Resend and the email provider may process data outside the EU. Resend’s privacy information is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Technical connection details such as IP address, time and requested URL may be processed in server logs. The form endpoint uses short-lived hashed identifiers to limit repeated requests. The new forms do not write reservation or order data to a restaurant database.
Browser storage
Your basket is stored locally in your browser so your selection survives page changes. Remove items or delete local site storage in your browser settings to clear it. The basket is cleared after a successful pickup request. A functional cookie may store your language preference. These pages do not include analytics or advertising scripts.
External links
WhatsApp, Google Maps, Tripadvisor and Apple Maps open only when you follow their links, under those services’ privacy policies. WhatsApp is an additional contact option; the reservation and order forms send email.
Retention and your rights
Requests are handled in the restaurant’s inbox. Contact us for information about a specific request, retention, access, correction or deletion. You may also exercise restriction, portability and objection rights where applicable, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority AEPD.
